We are seeking a talented individual to join our Commercial Center of Excellence team at Marsh. This role will be based in Gurgaon. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

The role is designed to support supports the Center of Excellence by enabling accurate, timely, and consistent reporting, strengthening operational alignment across regions, and improving the effectiveness of sales operations processes. The role acts as a trusted partner to Operations, CIS, and Change stakeholders to ensure reporting solutions are aligned, adopted, and continuously improved

We will count on you to:
• Partner closely with regional stakeholders to understand reporting needs, resolve routine issues, and ensure reporting deliverables are completed accurately and within agreed timelines.
• Serve as the key conduit between Mpower and Sales Operations teams, coordinating requirements, clarifying priorities, and helping to keep communication and delivery aligned across teams.
• Oversee report creation by CIS partners,



reviewing outputs for accuracy, insight, and timeliness while also helping to identify and address any data quality or process gaps.
• Support continuous improvement by developing practical solutions that reduce manual effort, improve reporting processes, strengthen operational control, and enhance collaboration across regional and global stakeholders.

What you need to have:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, or a related field; a Master’s degree in Business Administration, or a similar discipline is a plus.
• 10-12 years’ experience in sales operations, reporting support, or administrative coordination, with the ability to manage structured work, support business stakeholders, and deliver reliably in a rapid-paced environment.
