Tasks:

- Develop, customize, and maintain Service Now applications and modules
- Implement complex workflows, integrations, and automations
- Analyze requirements and provide technical solutions
- Optimize existing processes within the Service Now platform
- Ensure solution quality, performance, and security
- Support upgrades, releases, and testing cycles
- Create documentation and share knowledge within the team

Requirements:

- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Several years of proven experience as a Service Now developer / administrator, ideally in complex enterprise environments (ideally with certifications (CSA, CAD))
- Robust skills in Java Script, Glide APIs, Service Now scripting, and system administration
- Experience with modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, or similar
- Understanding of ITIL processes and best practices
- Very good communication skills in English
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented work style
