Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented **operations executive** to manage daily operational activities, data verification, documentation, MIS reporting, and coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle daily operations and backend process execution.
* Perform data entry, verification, and validation.
* Maintain MIS reports, trackers, and operational records.
* Manage documentation, KYC, and document verification.
* Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders.




* Ensure timely completion of tasks as per TAT and quality standards.
* Identify discrepancies and escalate issues when required.
* Follow SOPs and maintain data confidentiality.

Requirements

* 1–3 years of experience in Operations, Backend, Customer Service, banking, or NBFC.
* Positive communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.
* Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation.
* Ability to work efficiently within deadlines.

**Salary:** Up to ₹4 LPA, depending on experience, skills, and interview performance.
