Field Operation - ECH Process

Purpose of the Position (Job Summary)

Ensure Smooth and Safe Plant operation during Shift.

Key Individual Accountabilities

- Ensure Compliance to all safety & workplace Procedures - Follow and ensure that all SOPs are followed and adhered to - Handle emergencies - Monitor product quality and take corrective action in case of deviation from standards - Maintain the records of various inventories and prepare SAP indent for various - requirements - Hand over take over charge during shift changes - Identified the abnormalities & rectify with service department - Ensure all work started with proper work permit - Ensure Smooth and safe operation of equipment - Attend any of the plant problem as and when required. - Maintain logbooks of the shift. - Ensure all storm water drains should be clean and dry - Ensure adherence of all safety procedure - Ensure Housekeeping of area and Equipments - Over and above any other responsibility assigned by the reporting Manager

Ensure basic awareness and implementation of PSM framework; understand hazards and major accident scenarios of H2O2 plant · Ensure safe start-up, operation, shutdown, and emergency handling as per procedures; understand operating parameters, interlocks,



and PSSR · Identify emerging safety issues and inform Area Incharge; understand process parameters and MSDS · Report safety defects to engineering team; be aware of maintenance schedule of safety-critical equipment · Report process safety incidents and support basic incident investigation · Follow PTW procedure, TBT, and use job-specific/area-specific PPE; understand non-routine activities · Follow emergency plan; be aware of emergency exits, assembly points, and ESD

functioning · Adhere to safety culture by following SOPs and completing job-specific trainings · Maintain awareness of risk assessment tools (HAZOP, HIRA, Bow-Tie, HAC, PSSR)

· Dip Chemical/B Sc. Chemistry with experience of 3-10 years in continous process Plant.

· Knowledge about Safety & Occupational Health requirements.

· Should have knowledge of ISO standards and procedures.
