Summary
We are seeking an experienced Python Automation Tester to join our IT Services team. In this pivotal role, the successful candidate will design and execute robust automation strategies to ensure the reliability and performance of our software solutions. This position is critical for maintaining high-quality delivery standards, identifying system bottlenecks, and validating that our applications meet rigorous performance benchmarks before deployment.

Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Python to validate application functionality and performance.

- Conduct comprehensive load and performance testing using tools like Gatling to simulate high-traffic scenarios and assess system stability.

- Execute API testing to verify the integrity and efficiency of data exchange between various system components.

- Write and optimize complex SQL and PL/SQL queries to support data validation and test data generation.

- Analyze test results to identify defects, performance issues,



and areas for system improvement.

- Collaborate with development and operations teams to integrate automated testing into the continuous integration and deployment pipelines.

Requirements Requirements:

- Minimum of 6+ years of qualified experience in software testing, specifically within the IT Services sector.

- Proven expertise in Python-based automation frameworks for functional and performance testing.

- Hands-on experience with Gatling or similar tools for conducting load, stress, and performance testing.

- Strong proficiency in API testing methodologies and tools.

- Advanced knowledge of database management, including the ability to write and debug complex SQL and PL/SQL scripts.

- Demonstrated ability to design test plans and execute test cases that align with industry best practices.
