Role: HR Process & Data Analyst / TA Data Analyst

About the Opportunity

We are looking for a sharp, data-driven HR Process & Data Analyst to transform raw talent acquisition and workforce data into actionable business intelligence. In this role, you will own recruitment analytics, build interactive dashboards, automate reporting workflows, and help drive data-backed decisions to optimize our client's global hiring and operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Data Extraction & Management: Collect, clean, and validate data across ATS, HRIS, MS Excel trackers, and applicant surveys to ensure maximum data integrity.
- Dashboards & Visualization: Design, build, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and visual executive reports.
- Process Automation: Write MS Excel Macros/VBA to automate daily/weekly/monthly HR metrics and reporting workflows.
- Predictive Insights: Conduct statistical analysis (trends, correlations, forecasting) to spot hiring pipeline bottlenecks, risks, and vendor performance patterns.




- Vendor & Operations Support: Validate monthly vendor invoices, track agency SLAs, and support HR compliance, audits, and data privacy standard execution.

Key Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: 5 8 years total experience with 2+ years explicitly focused on HR/TA data analysis.
- Technical Stack: High proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced formulas & Macros), Power BI, and SQL. (Exposure to Python or R is a plus).
- Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of ATS/HRIS data structures and key recruitment metrics (e.g., Time-to-Fill, Cost-per-Hire, Source Mix).
- Analytical Mindset: Strong grasp of statistical analysis techniques, data auditing, and anomaly detection.
- Communication: Ability to translate complex data sets into simple, compelling visual stories for cross-functional stakeholders.
