Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams, manage project execution, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate has strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and drive successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, monitor, and successfully deliver projects from initiation to closure.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans and track progress against milestones.
- Identify project risks, create mitigation plans, and resolve issues proactively.
- Monitor project budgets and resource allocation.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and prepare progress reports.
- Ensure quality standards and project governance are maintained.
- Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with organizational processes.
- Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance project management practices.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration,



Management, or a related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in project management.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Solid knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar project management tools.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications

- PMP, PRINCE2, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or Agile certification.
- Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
- Client-facing project management experience.
