 Manage engineering projects from requirements gathering and planning through development, testing, release, and closure.  Create project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and delivery schedules.  Coordinate with Engineering Managers, Tech Leads, Software Engineers, QA, Product Managers, and other stakeholders.  Track project progress, identify delays and dependencies, and drive corrective actions.  Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and other project ceremonies where required.  Maintain project trackers, RAID logs, action items, and status reports.  Identify and proactively manage project risks, technical dependencies, resource constraints, and delivery issues.  Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and key decisions to leadership and stakeholders.  Coordinate releases and ensure development, QA, deployment,



and business teams are aligned.  Manage scope changes and assess their impact on timelines, resources, and deliverables.  Ensure engineering deliverables meet agreed requirements, timelines, and quality standards.  Work with technical teams to understand project dependencies and translate them into actionable project plans.  Help resolve cross-team blockers and facilitate effective communication between technical and business teams.  Monitor resource allocation and work with engineering leadership to address capacity constraints.  Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and engineering collaboration.
