Develop and configure IVR / voice call flows based on business requirements.
Work on call routing, ACD, queues, transfers, prompts, menus, and announcements.
Configure and troubleshoot inbound and outbound call flows.
Perform testing, debugging, and production issue resolution for IVR applications.
Work with APIs and system integrations with a basic understanding of REST/API concepts.
Support contact-centre platform configuration and implementation activities.
Coordinate with application, API, infrastructure, and business teams for integrations and issue resolution.
Maintain technical documentation, call-flow diagrams, and configuration details.
Support deployment and post-production activities.
