Retail Branch Banking Sales Executive

Job Purpose

To acquire new customers and sell banking products while maintaining good customer relationships and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads and acquire new customers.
- Sell banking products such as:

- Savings Accounts
- Current Accounts
- Fixed Deposits (FDs)
- Recurring Deposits (RDs)
- Debit Cards
- Credit Cards
- Personal Loans
- Insurance Products

Cross-sell and upsell products to existing customers.Explain product features and benefits to customers.Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.Build and maintain strong customer relationships.Assist customers with account opening and documentation.Ensure compliance with banking policies and regulations.Handle customer queries and provide excellent service.
