What You’ll Work On

- Design end-to-end experiences for SaaS and enterprise products, from understanding the problem and user needs to delivering and iterating on the final experience.
- Translate user needs, business requirements, and product constraints into explicit, intuitive, and scalable design solutions.
- Structure complex products through user personas, user journeys, user flows, UX blueprints, interaction patterns, and information architecture.
- Design complex workflows, dashboards, and data-heavy experiences while keeping them intuitive and easy to navigate.
- Work across different user roles, permissions, modules, and product workflows, considering how decisions in one part of the product impact the overall experience.
- Build and maintain scalable design systems, including components, patterns, variants, states, properties, and design tokens.
- Identify opportunities to create reusable patterns and components rather than one-off solutions, ensuring consistency and scalability across products.
- Consider responsive design, accessibility, usability, edge cases, empty states, loading states, errors, and system feedback as part of the design process.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders and ensure designs are implemented accurately.
- Identify UX problems and opportunities proactively rather than simply designing against a given brief.
- Participate in design discussions, critiques, iterations, and product decisions.

What We’re Looking For

Strong design fundamentals are non-negotiable.

You should have a solid understanding of:

- UI/UX and visual design principles
- User personas and user needs

- User journeys and journey mapping
- User flows and task flows
- UX blueprints
- Information architecture
- Interaction design
- Usability and accessibility
- Responsive and adaptive design
- Design systems and component-based design
- Design tokens
- Components, variants, states, and properties
- Figma and modern product-design workflows

More importantly, you should understand why these tools, methods, and systems are used — not just how to use them in Figma.

SaaS & Product Thinking

We’re looking for someone who can think beyond individual screens and understand how an entire product works as a system.

You should be comfortable with:

- Complex, multi-step SaaS workflows
- Role-based experiences and permissions
- Dashboards and data-heavy interfaces
- Product navigation and information hierarchy
- Designing for multiple modules and interconnected workflows
- Scalability, consistency, and maintainability
- Edge cases and system states
- Making design decisions that work across the broader product, not just within a single screen

Design System Mindset

You should be comfortable building, maintaining, and evolving design systems, including:

- Creating and maintaining component libraries
- Defining reusable components, patterns, variants, and states
- Understanding and applying design tokens
- Maintaining visual and interaction consistency
- Deciding when a solution should become a reusable pattern versus a one-off
- Structuring systems that can scale as the product grows
- Collaborating with developers to ensure accurate design-system implementation
