Job Description

To support the role of Senior Contract Manager, taking responsibility for effectively delivering a range of tasks to high-quality standards

- Review and assess Extension of Time (EOT) submissions received from contractors in accordance with the contract conditions. And provide independent recommendations on EOT claims.
- Review baseline schedules, updated schedules, recovery plans, site records, correspondence, and other supporting documents.
- Determine whether delays are attributable to the contractor, client, consultants or other external factors.
- Evaluate the applicability of Liquidated Damages (LD) and provide recommendations on whether LD should be imposed, waived, or adjusted in accordance with the contract provisions.
- Prepare detailed EOT assessment reports and recommendation notes for client review and approval.
- Participate in meetings with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders to discuss delay claims and EOT matters.
