You will utilize your robust understanding of real estate and facilities management principles, as well as proficiency in software development methodologies and tools. Your primary responsibilities will include: 10+ years of IT experience with strong Project Management experience, preferably in IBM TRIRIGA engagements. Manage end-to-end project planning, execution, delivery, monitoring and governance. Experience managing TRIRIGA implementation, enhancement, upgrade and/or AMS support projects. Good functional understanding of TRIRIGA IWMS, including Real Estate, Facilities, Space, Asset and Maintenance Management. Manage scope, schedule, milestones, deliverables and project commitments. Lead cross-functional teams comprising TRIRIGA Developers, Functional Consultants, Technical Leads, QA and Support teams. Coordinate TRIRIGA integrations with enterprise applications and upstream/downstream systems. Manage resource planning, allocation, capacity and utilization. **Required technical and professional expertise** 10+ years of IT experience with strong Project Management experience,



preferably in IBM TRIRIGA engagements. Manage end-to-end project planning, execution, delivery, monitoring and governance. Experience managing TRIRIGA implementation, enhancement, upgrade and/or AMS support projects. Good functional understanding of TRIRIGA IWMS, including Real Estate, Facilities, Space, Asset and Maintenance Management. Manage scope, schedule, milestones, deliverables and project commitments. Lead cross-functional teams comprising TRIRIGA Developers, Functional Consultants, Technical Leads, QA and Support teams. Coordinate TRIRIGA integrations with enterprise applications and upstream/downstream systems. Manage resource planning, allocation, capacity and utilization. **Preferred technical and professional experience** Own RAID management and proactively manage risks, issues and dependencies. Drive project governance, status reporting, leadership reviews and stakeholder communication. Strong customer, business stakeholder and escalation management. Manage Agile/Scrum delivery, backlog, sprint and release planning using JIRA or equivalent tools. Good understanding of Incident, Problem, Change and Release Management for AMS engagements. Ensure adherence to SLA/KPI, quality and contractual delivery commitments. Manage project financials, effort estimation, forecasting and resource demand. Drive continuous improvement, automation and operational efficiency. Exposure to DevOps, Cloud and enterprise integration technologies is desirable.
