The project:

You’ll be responsible for:
• Lead the commercial management of subcontract packages, ensuring delivery against programme, cost, quality, and safety objectives.
• Support procurement activities, contributing to the selection and management of subcontractors and materials.
• Administer client and subcontract changes, working closely with the commercial team to maintain project integrity.
• Analyse risks and opportunities,



feeding into reporting and supporting mitigation to protect project margins.
• Collaborate effectively within multi-disciplinary teams, fostering solid relationships across stakeholders.
• Embed sustainability by proactively managing carbon impacts and supporting Mace’s net zero transition.

You’ll need to have:
• Degree qualification is essential with 8-10 years experience.
• Full construction delivery life-cycle experience, in complex, highly regulated or mission critical projects is essential.
• Strong communicator with proven stakeholder and leadership capability.
• Professionally qualified in a relevant discipline or membership.
