What You’ll Do

As a Principal Software Engineer, you will provide technical leadership for the Game’s Unity client, shaping architecture, engineering standards, and delivery across a large live-service mobile game codebase. You will drive high-impact initiatives spanning gameplay systems, live-ops features, client infrastructure, performance, build reliability,



platform integrations, and maintainability. This role is ideal for an engineer who can balance strategic technical direction with pragmatic execution in a complex production workplace.

• Lead the technical direction of major client systems across gameplay, UI, live events, progression, offers, social features, and platform services

• Define and evolve architecture for a large Unity/C# codebase with an emphasis on modularity, testability, performance, and long-term maintainability

• Guide implementation of data-driven and live-ops systems, including event configuration, feature flags, localization, and content delivered through structured data pipelines such as FlatBuffers

• Partner closely with design, product, QA, analytics, economy, backend, and live-ops stakeholders to align client architecture with roadmap and operational needs
