About the role

As a Security Project Manager within our Global Delivery and Operations team, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening our network security posture across customer connectivity solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with engineering, vendor, and cross-functional teams to assess vulnerabilities, manage security incidents, and implement process improvements. You will oversee vulnerability management, coordinate remediation efforts,



and ensure security standards are maintained through effective release and risk management. Additionally, you will support the adoption of automation and AI-enabled solutions, where appropriate, to improve security processes and operational efficiency. You will also lead security process enhancements, conduct root cause analyses, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to safeguard our infrastructure and support our commitment to delivering secure, reliable services to our customers.

About you

Key Result Areas

Technical Skills & Knowledge:

• Proven experience in network security, with a focus on connectivity solutions such as SD-WAN, MLAN, MPLS, and SD-LAN.

• Solid understanding of network protocols, routing, access control, and security configurations.

• Hands-on experience with vulnerability management, including assessing vendor advisories, PSIRTs, and patch management.
