At Sycurio, we’re redefining secure, seamless payment experiences for contact centers worldwide. As our Sales Enablement Manager, you’ll lead the development of a enablement program that equips our sales teams to confidently position and sell Sycurio’s solution. This role is pivotal in shaping and scaling our enablement strategy as we evolve into a up-to-date, enterprise-grade B2B SaaS platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and Deliver Enablement Programs: From onboarding to ongoing coaching, create personalized, data-driven experiences aligned with our go-to-market strategy.

• Deliver engaging Enablement and Onboarding training to stakeholders across all GTM functions within the business.

• Develop and execute all aspects of sales enablement including sales tools, processes, policies and products.

• Act as the SME for all GTM teams.

• Product & Messaging Alignment:



Partner with Product to deeply understand Sycurio’s solutions and work with Marketing to translate technical features into customer-centric messaging.

• Asset Creation: Develop playbooks, talk tracks, objection handling guides, and competitive positioning materials tailored to industries and use cases.

• Content Management: Own and maintain the enablement content repository in Hubspot, ensuring materials are current, accessible, and actionable.

• Field Feedback Loop: Act as a bridge between Sales and Marketing to ensure messaging resonates and evolves based on field insights.

• Performance Tracking: Measure program effectiveness through adoption, feedback, and performance metrics. Continuously iterate based on rep input, win/loss analysis, and market shifts.

Experience Required

• 6+ years' experience in Sales Enablement and Technical Training.
