Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to own and execute Spector.ai’s marketing function end to end. This is a full-stack marketing role: you will set the strategy and then roll up your sleeves to deliver it across the website, content, social, events, webinars, and founder/leadership visibility. Every marketing activity you run will be measured against one north-star outcome: generating qualified sales leads for our pipeline. You will work closely with and report to the Chief Commercial Officer to build a repeatable, data-driven demand-generation machine for an industrial, technical buyer.
This is a remote, India-based role with periodic travel for conferences, events, and client meetings.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Planning
• Define and own the overall marketing strategy, annual plan, and quarterly priorities aligned to revenue and lead-generation goals.
• Build and manage the marketing channel mix, and calendar; and track ROI .
• Define target segments, buyer personas, and positioning/messaging for an industrial, technical audience.
Website




• Own the company website — continuously enhance content, structure, UX, and conversion paths to capture and convert demand.
• Lead SEO strategy and execution: keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and content built to rank and drive inbound leads.
• Implement and monitor analytics, tracking, and lead-capture (forms, landing pages, CTAs) to measure and improve performance.
Social Media
• Develop the social media strategy across LinkedIn and other relevant B2B/industrial channels.
• Execute and maintain a consistent content calendar — create, schedule, publish, engage, and report.
• Grow audience, engagement, and inbound interest that feeds the sales pipeline.
Conferences & Events
• Plan and execute Spector.ai’s presence at industry conferences, trade shows, and events — logistics, booth/collateral, speaking slots, and sponsorships.
