As a Lead Mechanical Engineer, you will
play a pivotal role in the design, analysis, and optimization of
components across our gas power portfolio. You will collaborate
with cross-functional, global teams to deliver high-quality
solutions, drive product upgrades, and ensure our designs meet
rigorous performance and safety standards. This role requires a

Key
Responsibilities: Design
& Analysis: Own & lead mechanical design and
analysis (stress, modal, lifing) for Stationary
components in gas turbines, steam, generators, and
accessory systems. Technical
Stewardship: Take ownership of mechanical hardware;
perform validation testing; and evaluate designs for factors like
thermal growth, manufacturing variation and assembly stack-up to
ensure optimal product behavior. Additionally has an ability to
manage and navigate through ambiguity in design inputs and
challenges the design space for a better process and
product. Cross-Functional
Collaboration: Demonstrate System Level thinking while
partnering with engineering experts, manufacturing, and sourcing
