As a Lead Mechanical Engineer, you will
play a pivotal role in the design, analysis, and optimization of
components across our gas power portfolio. You will collaborate
with cross-functional, global teams to deliver high-quality
solutions, drive product upgrades, and ensure our designs meet
rigorous performance and safety standards. This role requires a

Key
Responsibilities: Design
& Analysis: Execute mechanical design and analysis
(stress, modal, lifing) for Rotating components in gas turbines, steam, generators, and accessory
systems. Technical
Stewardship: Take ownership of mechanical hardware;
perform validation testing; and evaluate designs for factors like
thermal growth, manufacturing variation, and assembly stack-up to
ensure optimal product
behavior. Cross-Functional
Collaboration: Partner with engineering experts,
manufacturing, and sourcing teams to optimize sub-systems and
components. Continuous
Improvement: Lead root cause analyses (RCA) to improve
reliability, quality, and yield. Apply Lean principles to
streamline processes and drive
innovation. Project
Delivery: Manage milestones through formal/informal
