? Qualification Criteria

• LL.B. and LL.M. from recognised universities
• Ph.D. in Law preferred

? Experience
• 10–15 years of experience in legal education and academics
• Prior experience as Dean, Principal, HoD, or in an equivalent academic leadership role preferred.

? Key Responsibilities
• Provide academic leadership and strategic direction to the Faculty of Law.
• Ensure compliance with applicable Bar Council of India (BCI) norms and university regulations.
• Lead faculty recruitment, development, mentoring, and performance evaluation.
• Promote legal research, publications, conferences,



and academic collaborations.
• Strengthen moot court activities, legal aid initiatives, internships, and student placements.
• Drive academic quality, admissions growth, and institutional development.
