Job Summary :
We are looking for a Freight Operations Executive to handle day-to-day sea export operations, documentation, shipment coordination, and shipping-line activities.
Key Responsibilities :
• Manage and monitor sea export shipments from booking to completion.
• Coordinate with customers/exporters for shipment and export documentation.
• Check freight rates and coordinate with shipping lines.
• Place shipping bookings and follow up on booking confirmations.
• Prepare and submit Shipping Instructions (SI).
• Coordinate Bill of Lading (BL) drafts, corrections, approval, and release.
• Follow up for BL release, surrender, and freight invoices.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, customers, and agencies for smooth shipment movement.
• Track shipment status and ensure timely completion of operational activities.
• Prepare and maintain daily shipment reports.




• Resolve documentation and operational issues promptly.

Required Skills :
• Positive knowledge of Sea Export & Freight Forwarding Operations.
• Experience in Export Documentation.
• Knowledge of BL, SI, Booking and Freight processes.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong follow-up and problem-solving ability.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Ability to handle multiple shipments and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate :
• 3–6 years of experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics / Export Operations.
• Experience working with shipping lines and export documentation.
• Strong coordination and customer-handling skills.
