Role: Lead Network Automation
Experience: 10+ years
Locations: Hyderabad | Delhi NCR | Bengaluru | Chennai
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and prioritise automation opportunities across network planning, design, build, testing, change, and operations.
• Translate network processes into automation workflows, rules, guardrails, and acceptance criteria.
• Define network automation roadmaps, reusable patterns, and cross-domain backlogs.
• Drive closed-loop automation with approval controls, exception handling, rollback, and auditability.
• Collaborate with network SMEs, architecture, security, operations, platform, and engineering teams.
• Validate the technical feasibility and domain accuracy of automation use cases.

Required Skills




• Solid telecom network knowledge across Core, Transport, Telco Cloud, IT Infrastructure, or Network Operations.
• Experience in network automation strategy, orchestration, and process transformation.
• Strong stakeholder management and process-documentation skills.
• Understanding of APIs, workflow engines, OSS/ITSM integration, and automation governance.
• Exposure to intent-based automation, autonomous networks, or Agentic AI is preferred.
