About this role
We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM Technical Consultant with 4–6 years of hands-on experience configuring, customizing, and extending Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement applications. This is a client-facing role: beyond strong technical delivery, you will own day-to-day client communication and run daily cadence (stand-up) meetings, keeping delivery on track and stakeholders informed. You will translate business requirements into robust,



upgrade-protected technical solutions and serve as a trusted technical point of contact for the client throughout the engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Delivery
• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CE applications (Sales, Customer Service, and related modules) to meet client requirements.
• Design and build solutions on Microsoft Dataverse and the Power Platform, including model-driven and canvas Power Apps and Power Automate flows.
• Develop extensions using C# plug-ins, custom workflow activities, JavaScript/TypeScript, Web API/OData, and PCF (Power Apps Component Framework) controls.
• Build and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 CE and external systems using Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management), REST APIs, and OData.
• Configure security roles, business units, teams, and field-level security in line with least-privilege and segregation-of-duties princip
