Role Overview
We are looking for a result-oriented Trade Marketing professional to drive General Trade, Modern Trade, and BTL activations across our BCA, PCA, and Beauty product categories.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute trade marketing strategies, visibility campaigns, and retail activations across GT and MT.
• Design and implement retailer/distributor schemes, loyalty programmes, and promotional initiatives.
• Drive in-store branding, POSM deployment, promoter productivity, and counter expansion.
• Plan and execute BTL activities, including market activations, salon engagements, exhibitions, and consumer engagement campaigns.
• Manage trade marketing budgets, scheme costing, vendor negotiations, and expense control.




• Track campaign ROI, secondary sales, display compliance, and competitor activities.
• Coordinate with Sales, Key Accounts, Supply Chain, Finance, and creative teams to ensure effective execution.

What We’re Looking For:
• 4–7 years of hands-on experience in Trade Marketing, with exposure to both General Trade and Up-to-date Trade.
• Experience managing trade schemes end to end, including costing, payouts, and reconciliation.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills, including budget tracking, ROI analysis, and sales reporting.
• Proven vendor and agency management and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel to markets approximately one week per month.
