We’re now looking for an experienced Google Ads Specialist to join our Media Buying team.

You're the perfect fit if:
You have extensive experience and a proven track record in managing and optimising Google Ads campaigns, with a deep understanding of digital media strategies

Responsibilities:
✅ Plan, launch, manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display and YouTube
✅ Manage performance campaigns with a strong focus on revenue, ROAS, CAC and profitability
✅ Conduct keyword, competitor and market research to identify growth opportunities
✅ Optimise campaign structure, targeting, bidding strategies, budgets, creatives and feeds
✅ Analyse performance data and identify what’s working, what isn’t, and what needs to scale
✅ Work closely with creative,



account management and other performance teams to improve campaign outcomes
✅ Track, report and communicate campaign performance with clear insights and next steps
✅ Stay updated with Google Ads platform changes, new features and performance marketing trends

Requirements:
?3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads
? Strong experience with eCommerce/D2C performance marketing
? Hands-on knowledge of Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display and YouTube campaigns
? Solid understanding of metrics such as ROAS, CAC, CPC, CTR, conversion rate and revenue
? Experience handling and scaling meaningful advertising budgets
? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
? Comfortable making decisions based on data, not assumptions
? Good communication, ownership and attention to detail
