House of Fett, a fast-growing premium women’s fashion brand, is looking for an experienced Retail Buying & Operations Manager to join our Head Office team in Noida.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage retail buying, product selection, and assortment planning.
• Analyze sales trends and product performance to make effective buying decisions.
• Plan inventory, stock allocation, replenishment, and inter-store stock transfers.
• Coordinate with merchandising, production, warehouse, and retail teams.
• Monitor stock availability, inventory ageing, and sell-through rates.
• Maintain optimum inventory levels and minimize stock-outs and excess stock.




• Prepare buying plans, sales reports, and inventory performance reports.

Requirements:
• Graduate in Fashion, Retail Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in retail buying, merchandising, or retail operations, preferably in the fashion or apparel industry.
• Robust analytical, negotiation, planning, and coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of inventory management, MS Excel, and sales analysis.
