Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Analyze listed companies across various sectors using annual reports, investor presentations, conference call transcripts, and regulatory filings.
• Study standalone and consolidated financial statements to assess business performance and financial health.
• Build and maintain financial models using Microsoft Excel.
• Evaluate key financial ratios, cash flows, profitability, capital allocation, and valuation metrics.
• Track corporate actions including buybacks, dividends, mergers, demergers, rights issues, and preferential allotments.
• Monitor shareholding patterns, promoter activity, institutional ownership, and insider transactions.
• Research industry trends, competitors, and macroeconomic factors affecting businesses.
• Prepare concise investment reports highlighting key risks, opportunities, and valuation.
• Track portfolio companies and provide periodic updates on material developments.




• Assist in screening companies based on predefined investment criteria.
• Maintain organized databases of financial and market information.
