Job Description – IFM Transition Manager

To lead and manage the end-to-end transition and mobilization of Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) contracts, ensuring a seamless takeover from the incumbent service provider or client, timely deployment of manpower and resources, operational readiness, statutory compliance, and achievement of contractual SLAs from the go-live date.
The role requires a technically qualified engineering skilled with strong project management, MEP knowledge, stakeholder coordination, and facilities operations expertise.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Transition Planning and Governance
• Lead the complete transition lifecycle,



covering pre-transition, transition, go-live, and post-transition stabilization.
• Conduct transition kickoff meetings with clients, sales, operations, HR, procurement, finance, engineering, and incumbent service providers.
• Review the contract, Scope of Work (SOW), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), manpower budgets, and commercial commitments.
• Prepare a detailed transition and mobilization plan with milestones, timelines, responsibilities, dependencies, and escalation mechanisms.
• Develop and maintain a transition tracker covering D-30 to D-1, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization, as applicable to the contract timeline.
• Establish a RACI matrix, risk register, escalation matrix, and governance review mechanism.
