Compensation: Up to ₹2.5 Lakhs/month + performance-linked incentives
About the RoleWe are looking for a highly experienced sales professional from the honey industry who can take ownership of our sales function and help us achieve exponential growth across B2B, modern trade, institutional sales, private label and exports.
This is not a routine sales job. We are looking for someone with deep industry relationships, market knowledge and a proven ability to build large accounts and generate substantial business.
What You Will Be Responsible For• Build and execute the overall honey sales strategy
• Develop large B2B, institutional and industrial accounts
• Build relationships with up-to-date trade, distributors, retailers and HoReCa
• Develop private-label and contract manufacturing opportunities
• Identify and close high-volume honey procurement deals
• Develop and manage key accounts with food manufacturers,



FMCG companies and large buyers
• Explore and drive export sales opportunities
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
• Develop distributor/dealer networks across India
• Negotiate commercial terms and close high-value contracts
• Take complete ownership of sales targets, revenue and growth

We Are Looking For Someone Who Has15+ years of proven experience specifically in the honey category, preferably with established honey manufacturers, processors, brands, exporters or large FMCG/food companies.
The ideal candidate should have:
• Strong existing industry relationships
• Deep understanding of honey procurement and pricing
• Experience dealing with large institutional/B2B buyers
• Strong knowledge of the Indian honey market
• Experience in private label / bulk honey sales
• Existing network of distributors, retailers and corporate buyers
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
