Role Description The L1/L2 Support Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Recent Delhi. This role involves providing technical support to end users, handling incoming tickets, calls, and emails, and resolving issues related to software, hardware, and operating systems. The Support Engineer will perform initial diagnosis, troubleshoot incidents, escalate complex problems to higher-level support when needed, and track resolutions in the ticketing system.



Day-to-day activities include monitoring system performance, documenting solutions and known issues, maintaining knowledge base articles, and ensuring timely, professional communication with customers. The role also requires collaboration with internal teams to identify recurring problems, suggest improvements, and contribute to service quality and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills for L1/L2 issues
• Experience in customer support and customer service in a technical environment
• Working knowledge of common operating systems (Windows, Linux, or macOS)
• Ability to communicate clearly, patiently, and professionally with non-technical users
• Familiarity with ticketing systems, incident management, and documentation practices
• Basic networking and hardware knowledge is an advantage
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work in shifts if required, and meet response/resolutio
