What You'll Do

• Own the frontend architecture and UI quality bar across modules.

• Lead design-system evolution and component standardization.

• Drive frontend performance and accessibility improvements.
•
• Mentor engineers and guide implementation patterns and reviews.
What We're Looking For

• 6+ years in frontend engineering with React ecosystems.

• Deep expertise in Tailwind CSS and component-driven design.
•
• Robust understanding of frontend performance and accessibility.
•
• Prior experience leading teams or major UI platform initiatives.
