Type: Full time
Experience: 0–2 years

About UsAlike is building the world’s first truly unified travel platform, combining AI intelligence and peer trust to bring together the fragmented journey of discovering, planning, booking, and sharing travel.
Powered by our modular Infinity platform and AI twin “Eia”, Alike brings together travellers and creators to deliver a more personalised and unified travel experience.

The RoleWe are looking for someone who understands how Instagram works, not just how to post on it.
You know the difference between a Reel that earns views and one that earns shares. You understand what the algorithm currently rewards, whether watch time, shares or saves, and you notice when that shifts. You keep up with Instagram's creator updates and product launches.
As our Instagram Platform Expert, you will own Alike's presence on Instagram across Reels, carousels, Stories, Broadcast Channels, Collabs and Trial Reels.

Working closely with the social and content team, you will help build a page people choose to follow for its value, not because a travel brand asked them to.
This means knowing every format and feature, identifying trends early, developing hooks that stop the scroll, and using Insights to understand what is working. The benchmark is content that gets watched, shared, saved and sent to friends.

Key ResponsibilitiesYou will work closely with the social and content team across all of the below.
1. Grow the Handle
Drive meaningful growth in followers, watch time and engagement rather than vanity metrics. Test formats, hooks, posting cadence and features such as Trial Reels, Collabs, Broadcast Channels and carousels with music, and turn experiments into measurable results.
2. Act as the In-House Instagram Expert
Stay on top of algorithm changes, feature launches and platform best practices, and translate them into
