What you’ll do:
✅ Engage with prospective buyers and provide property tours
✅ Clearly explain project features, pricing, and payment plans
✅ Manage inquiries and follow up with leads
✅ Maintain accurate sales records
✅ Coordinate with the internal team for smooth booking and documentation
✅ Take part in local marketing and promotional activities




✅ Build long-term client relationships
✅ Achieve individual and team sales targets
✅ Support walk-in customers and deliver excellent service throughout the sales cycle

What we’re looking for:
✔️ Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals and meet targets
✔️ Customer service and relationship-building skills with a client-focused approach
✔️ Basic knowledge of real estate market trends and property sales processes
✔️ Good verbal and written communication in English and local languages
✔️ Comfort using phones, email, and basic office software for lead management
✔️ Ability to work on-site in Agra, including weekends and peak customer hours when required
✔️ Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently and in a team
✔️ Minimum high school diploma; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
✔️ Previous experience in real estate or related sales roles is an adv
