Kanpeki is being built across D2C, marketplaces, salons, distributors and specialty retail, with international expansion as a core part of our growth strategy.
We are looking for a Paid Ads Manager who can build our performance marketing engine from the ground up.
The RoleYou will own Kanpeki's paid acquisition across platforms including Meta, Google and other relevant digital channels.
The goal isn't simply to spend an advertising budget.
Your job is to build a repeatable, scalable acquisition engine — understanding the customer, developing the right audiences and creatives, testing aggressively, analysing performance and continuously improving CAC and ROAS.

What You Will Own• Build and manage paid media strategy across Meta, Google and relevant platforms
• Plan, launch and optimise acquisition campaigns




• Own campaign structures, audiences, budgets, bidding and optimisation
• Develop testing frameworks for creatives, audiences, offers and landing pages
• Work closely with the Creative Director to translate creative concepts into performance campaigns
• Analyse CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPM, CVR, AOV and LTV
• Identify winning audiences, creatives and campaign structures
• Manage retargeting and customer reactivation campaigns
• Develop performance marketing strategies for different markets
• Support marketplace advertising where required
• Build regular performance reports and identify actionable insights
• Manage budgets responsibly and scale campaigns based on performance
• Continuously test recent platforms, formats and acquisition opportunities
• Help establish the tracking, attribution and reporting infrastructure required for scale
