About the RoleWe are looking for a skilled and creative Dessert Chef with proven experience in preparing high-quality desserts from scratch. The ideal candidate should have expertise in frozen desserts, yogurt-based creations, smoothies, and honey-infused desserts, with a strong focus on fresh ingredients, natural sweeteners, taste, and presentation.
The candidate will be responsible for dessert preparation, recipe development, quality control, and leading a small team of 2–4 dessert assistants.

Key Responsibilities• Prepare a variety of desserts from scratch using fresh, high-quality ingredients.
• Develop, standardize, and maintain recipes for ice creams, smoothies, yogurt-based desserts, and honey-infused creations.
• Experiment with recent flavours, textures, and innovative dessert concepts.
• Lead, train, and supervise a team of 2–4 dessert assistants.
• Ensure consistency in taste,



texture, portion size, presentation, and product quality.
• Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene, food safety, and sanitation.
• Monitor ingredient usage, minimize wastage, and maintain proper inventory.
• Collaborate with the team to develop new products and improve existing recipes.
• Ensure efficient kitchen operations and timely preparation of desserts.
• Stay updated on emerging dessert trends, techniques, and consumer preferences.

Required Qualifications & Skills• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Dessert Chef, Pastry Chef, or in a similar role.
• Hands-on expertise in ice cream production, smoothies, yogurt-based desserts, and frozen desserts.
• Experience creating desserts using honey and other natural sweeteners.
• Strong knowledge of ingredients, flavour combinations, food handling, and dessert preparation techniques.
• Experience in recipe standardization and maintaining consis
