We're looking for an Internal Technical Sales Engineer who combines strong technical expertise with a customer-centric mindset to transform application requirements into winning automation solutions

What You'll Do
•
Partner with Sales Engineers and customers to develop cutting-edge automation solutions.
•
Analyze machine applications and recommend the optimal combination of Servo Systems, VFDs, PLCs, Motion Controllers, and Geared Motors.
•
Perform product selection, sizing, configuration, and technical feasibility analysis.
•
Create compelling technical proposals, solution concepts, and customer presentations.
•
Support opportunity qualification and value-based solution selling.
•
Collaborate with global application experts to solve complex technical challenges.
•
Participate in customer meetings, technical discussions, demonstrations, and site visits.
•
Maintain accurate CRM records and support

Who We're Looking For
Education: Bachelor's degree in electrical, Electronics & Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering





Experience
•
3-7 years of experience in Industrial Automation, Motion Control, Drives, Application Engineering, Technical Support, or Technical Sales.
•
Experience with OEMs, Machine Builders, System Integrators, or Industrial End Users.
•
Exposure to Packaging, FMCG, Converting, Printing, Textile, Robotics, Material Handling, General Motion, or Process Automation industries is highly desirable
Preferred Technical Skills
•
Strong knowledge of Servo Drives, VFDs, PLCs, HMIs, Motion Control Systems, and Industrial Communication Networks.
•
Experience with product sizing, selection, and configuration tools.
•
Familiarity with SAP, CRM platforms, Visio, and Microsoft Office.
•
Understanding of technical sales, quotations, and solution-selling methodologies.
•
Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
