Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Governance

- Lead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O; implementation, upgrade, and support projects.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, risk registers, and status reports.
- Ensure project delivery adheres to established governance and quality standards.
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, resource utilization, and financial tracking.

Stakeholder Management

- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, project teams, and executive leadership.
- Facilitate workshops, steering committee meetings, and project status reviews.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Escalate critical issues and provide proactive mitigation strategies.

Team Leadership

- Lead cross-functional teams comprising Functional Consultants, Technical Consultants, Architects, QA, and Business Analysts.
- Coordinate with offshore and onshore teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Mentor project team members and foster a team-oriented working environment.
- Drive accountability and performance across project teams.

Risk & Change Management

- Identify project risks, dependencies, and constraints.
- Develop mitigation and contingency plans.
- Manage scope changes through formal change control processes.
- Ensure project compliance with organizational and client standards.

Delivery Excellence

- Monitor project milestones, deliverables, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure successful UAT, deployment, go-live, and hypercare support.




- Drive continuous improvement and lessons learned throughout the project lifecycle.
- Promote Agile and Dev Ops practices where applicable.

Required Skills

D365 F&O; Expertise

- Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations modules.
- Experience managing: Finance Supply Chain Management Procurement & Sourcing Inventory Management Manufacturing Project Operations
- Knowledge of D365 implementation methodologies and best practices.

Qualifications

Bachelors - Computer Engineering, Bachelors - Computer Science, Bachelors - Information Technology, Masters - Software Engineering
