Key Responsibilities

- Support and manage executive-facing events, including Town Halls, All Hands Meetings, Leadership Sessions, and Large-Scale Broadcasts.
- Execute live streaming and webcast productions across virtual, hybrid, and onsite environments.
- Coordinate pre-event planning, technical rehearsals, and live event execution.
- Monitor and troubleshoot audio, video, network, and streaming issues during live productions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, presenters, and leadership teams to ensure seamless event delivery.
- Provide end-to-end ownership of event production and technical operations.
- Maintain high production quality standards for executive communications.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in Live Streaming, Webcasting, and Broadcast Operations.
- Valuable understanding of broadcast workflows, streaming concepts, and production environments.




- Hands-on experience with tools such as:
- OBS
- vMix
- Kaltura
- Microsoft Teams Live Events
- Similar streaming/broadcast platforms
- Strong knowledge of:
- Audio Routing
- Video Routing
- Signal Flow
- Video Switching
- AV Troubleshooting
- Experience supporting large-scale virtual, hybrid, and onsite events.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working with senior leadership and executive stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) and Logitech room solutions.
- Exposure to meeting room technologies and collaboration platforms.
- Background in corporate event production, broadcast operations, studio environments, or media production.
