Location: Mussoorie, Uttarakhand

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Cluster Manager to oversee multiple hospitality properties in Mussoorie. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in hotel/hostel/resort operations, team management, guest experience, and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple properties.
- Drive occupancy, revenue, profitability, and overall business performance.
- Lead, motivate, and manage property-level teams.
- Ensure high standards of guest experience and service quality.
- Monitor operational KPIs and implement corrective actions.
- Handle staff planning, training, and performance management.
- Coordinate with central teams for HR, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and hospitality standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and revenue.
- Build strong relationships with guests, vendors, and local stakeholders.

What We're Looking For





5–10 years of experience in the Hospitality Industry

Experience in a Cluster Manager / Area Manager / Operations Manager / Senior Hotel Operations role preferred

Strong team leadership and people-management skills

Good understanding of hotel/hostel/resort operations

Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

Commercial mindset with a focus on revenue and profitability

Willingness to work and relocate to Mussoorie
