Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Supply Chain International Logistics professional. The role involves managing end-to-end international logistics operations, including coordination with suppliers, transporters, and customers to ensure timely and cost-effective movement of specialty chemicals. Responsibilities include overseeing import and export documentation, monitoring shipment tracking, managing customs clearance processes, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and safety standards. The role also includes maintaining accurate inventory and logistics records, optimizing shipping routes and costs, and collaborating with internal teams on demand planning, order fulfillment,



and continuous process improvement. The individual will regularly communicate with global partners to resolve operational issues, support new business initiatives, and uphold high service standards.

Qualifications

- Strong supply chain and international logistics skills, including experience with import/export processes, shipment coordination, and freight management.
- Knowledge of customs regulations, trade compliance, Incoterms, and documentation related to international chemical trade.
- Experience with inventory management, order processing, and coordination between procurement, warehousing, and distribution functions.
- Proficiency in using ERP or logistics management systems, as well as standard productivity tools (e.g., Excel, reporting tools, collaboration platforms).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for working with global suppliers, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on process efficiency and cost optimization.
- Understanding of specialty chemicals, basic safety and handling standards, and interest in sectors such as Food, Agri & Life Sciences, and related industries.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Business, Engineering, or a related field; relevant qualified certifications are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, collaborate in a multicultural environment, and adapt to dynamic global market conditions.
