Role Description The Wealth Management Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Mangaluru. In this position, the associate supports clients with comprehensive financial planning, including assessing their goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences. Daily responsibilities include analyzing financial data, researching investment options, preparing portfolio recommendations, and assisting in the implementation and monitoring of investment strategies.



The role involves regular communication with clients to review performance, address questions, and adjust plans as needed. The associate collaborates with internal teams to ensure compliant, accurate documentation and a high standard of client service.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Financial Planning and Finance skills for developing and managing client portfolios.
- Candidates should possess solid Investments knowledge and Analytical Skills for evaluating options and making data-driven recommendations.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for explaining complex financial concepts and building long-term client relationships.
- Relevant degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; professional certifications (such as CFP or CFA) are an advantage.
- Ability to work with financial tools and software, attention to detail, ethical judgment, and a client-focused mindset.
- Prior experience in wealth management, investment advisory, or financial services is preferred.
