Role: Senior SAP SuccessFactors Functional Consultant – Employee Central (Time & Leave)

What we're looking for:

• 10+ years of relevant SAP SuccessFactors experience

• Strong hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central experience

• Solid expertise in Time Off, Time Tracking and Absence Management

• Experience with accruals, entitlements, leave types, time types, day models, work schedules and holiday calendars

• Experience delivering multi-country / multi-location EC implementations

• Strong understanding of different workforce groups, work patterns and time-recording practices

• Experience with EC Time & Leave integration with Payroll and downstream systems

• Exposure to testing, UAT, cutover and post-go-live support

• Strong HR operations knowledge and consulting/stakeholder management skills

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification is mandatory

• Time Management certification is preferred
