- Graduate / Post Graduate with 6-7 years of experience
- Solid verbal and written communication skills as it requires to interact with multiple client stakeholders
- Experience in Warranty Management within a manufacturing industry
- Good knowledge of working in SAP
- Good understanding of SLAs and KPIs
- Willingness to work in flexible shifts
- Willingness to work all days from office
