Digital Platform & Engineering (DPE) is Medanta's newly built product and technology organization. Modelled on India's leading internet companies, DPE brings together product managers, designers and engineers to build the products and platforms that power patient journeys, clinical care and hospital operations across the Medanta network. We work from our own office in Noida, with strong sponsorship from the CEO and the stability of a profitable, publicly listed healthcare group.

Role Overview
We are looking for Associate Software Engineers with strong computer science fundamentals and early hands-on experience of how real software gets built, reviewed and shipped. You will build backend services and APIs that doctors, nurses and patients rely on every day.
This is a role for engineers who want to learn fast in a small, high-calibre team. You will work alongside experienced engineering managers and senior engineers, with engineering levels and practices modelled on India's top product companies. We move with startup energy, but in healthcare quality is non-negotiable, so you will learn to build software that is rapid to ship and safe to trust.
Manager – HRBP
Role Summary
The role will be responsible for managing HR Business Partnering and HR Operations for assigned hospital units, with a strong focus on employee lifecycle management, stakeholder management, manpower planning, analytics and cost optimisation.
The role will work closely with hospital/unit leadership and Corporate HR to address day-to-day people matters, drive data-based HR decisions, manage employee grievances and support special projects and Group HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Business Partnering & Stakeholder Management
• Act as the HR point of contact for assigned hospital units and manage day-to-day HR partnering requirements.
• Partner with unit leadership and key stakeholders to understand business and manpower requirements and provide timely HR solutions.
• Build strong relationships with hospital leadership, functional teams and Corporate HR stakeholders.
• Manage and resolve day-to-day employee grievances and employee relations matters in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
• Drive effective communication and implementation of HR policies, processes and initiatives across assigned units.
2. HR Operations & HRMS
• Manage day-to-day HR Operations including onboarding, employee movements, transfers, exits, documentation and employee queries.
• Ensure accurate and timely employee and organisation data in HRMS, including employee master, positions, departments and reporting structures.
• Work extensively on HRMS and digital HR tools for data management, reporting and process execution.
• Ensure HR process compliance and identify opportunities to improve HR operations and employee experience.
3. Manpower Planning, Analytics & Data Management
• Drive manpower planning and workforce requirement analysis for assigned hospital units in coordination with business stakeholders.
• Analyse manpower, headcount, vacancies, attrition,
productivity and other HR/business data to identify trends and support decision-making.
• Perform data crunching, validation and reconciliation and convert HR data into meaningful insights and management reports.
• Maintain and improve HR MIS, dashboards and Excel-based trackers covering manpower, cost, productivity and other key HR metrics.
• Drive data hygiene and standardisation across employee, position, department and organisation structure data.
4. Cost Optimisation
• Support manpower cost planning and optimisation initiatives across assigned hospital units.
• Track manpower cost, vacancies and workforce productivity and highlight opportunities for cost optimisation.
• Support benchmarking and data-driven interventions to improve manpower productivity and cost efficiency.
5. Special Projects & Group Initiatives
• Support and drive special HR projects and Group-level initiatives as assigned.
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely execution, tracking and closure of project deliverables.
• Prepare management presentations, dashboards and project updates to support decision-making.
Qualifications
MBA / PGDM in HR or related discipline with 5–8 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in an HRBP / HR Generalist role.
Experience & Desired Skills
• Strong experience in HR Generalist / HR Business Partnering and HR Operations.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively with hospital/unit leadership and Corporate HR.
• Strong analytical and data-crunching skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and good PowerPoint skills.
• Hands-on experience with HRMS and HR digital tools; ability to manage and analyse large employee datasets.
• Good understanding of manpower planning, workforce analytics and cost optimisation.
• Good employee grievance handling and problem-solving skills.
• Strong ownership, execution, communication and project management skills.
