About the Role

Appsrow is looking for an HR Executive Intern who is eager to learn end-to-end HR operations and build a long-term career in Human Resources.

This is not just a recruitment internship.

During this 6-month internship, you will work closely with the HR Manager and gain hands-on exposure to the complete employee lifecycle - from hiring and onboarding to day-to-day HR operations, employee engagement, and offboarding.

• Recruitment - sourcing, screening, interviews & candidate communication

• Offer, joining, onboarding & employee documentation

• Attendance, leave, working hours & payroll coordination

• HR policies, processes, records & compliance documentation

• Performance tracking, employee communication & people management

• Employee engagement, workplace activities & training coordination

• Employee concerns, exit formalities & offboarding

• HR reports, trackers, emails & professional documentation

• Use AI tools for recruitment, communication, research, documentation & HR productivity

Who We're Looking For

• Fresher / recent graduate interested in building a career in HR

• Eager to learn end-to-end HR operations,

• Good verbal & written communication skills

• Comfortable interacting with candidates and employees

• Organized, detail-oriented and willing to take ownership of work

• Interested in people management and workplace culture

• Comfortable using AI tools and eager to learn AI-assisted HR workflows

• Available for a full-time, on-site internship in Ahmedabad

Why This Internship

You'll work closely with the HR Manager and understand how HR actually operates inside a growing IT company.

Instead of learning only one part of HR, you'll get practical exposure across Recruitment, Onboarding, HR Operations, Payroll Coordination, Attendance, Employee Engagement, People Management and Offboarding.
