Using AI, it helps learners improve their grammar, pronunciation, and fluency faster, making English communication more effective and accessible. With 1 Cr+ downloads and backed by Y Combinator (YC), MySivi is making personalised English learning accessible to millions.

Location: In-office, HSR Layout, Bangalore

Experience: 1-4 years

What will you do

- Create Meta ad scripts with robust hooks, creative angles, and a clear understanding of what makes people stop scrolling.
- Study winning creatives and turn them into strong visual and script variations.
- Use AI tools and MySivi's existing AI workflows to create content quickly and at scale.
- Research Meta ads, competitor creatives, UGC, creators, and other sources to find new creative inspiration.
- Create content yourself when required; being comfortable on camera is a plus.
- Work closely with editors, creators, freelancers, and agencies to turn ideas into finished ads.
- Continuously learn from creative performance and find new ways to improve and iterate on winning concepts.

What are we looking for





- Prior experience creating Meta ads and short-form ad creatives is a must.
- Strong understanding of what makes a visual or script hook attention-grabbing.
- Good visual sense and ability to imagine how an idea can be executed on screen.
- Comfortable experimenting with AI tools for content creation.
- Strong researcher who can find interesting ads, creators, and visual references.
- Ability to take one good creative and think of multiple ways to recreate, improve, or vary it.
- Comfortable being on camera and creating content yourself is a plus.
- High energy, creativity, curiosity, and someone who is enjoyable to collaborate with.
