Role Description The Admission Officer role is a full-time, on-site position located in Himayatnagar. The Admission Officer will guide prospective students and families through the admission process by providing accurate information about courses, programs, fee structures, and enrollment procedures. This role involves handling walk-in inquiries, responding to phone and online queries, conducting counseling sessions, and maintaining timely follow-ups to support conversions.



The Admission Officer will coordinate with academic and administrative teams to ensure smooth onboarding, documentation, and data entry in internal systems. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining records, preparing basic reports on admissions, and representing Aakash professionally to uphold a high standard of customer service.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to effectively counsel students and interact with families.
- Candidates should demonstrate Customer Service skills and a service-oriented mindset to manage inquiries and resolve concerns promptly.
- Candidates should have a solid understanding of the Education domain, preferably in test preparation or academic counseling.
- Candidates should bring exposure to International Admissions or cross-border education processes, where relevant.
- Relevant graduate degree in any discipline; a background in education, counseling, or business is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and comfort with CRM or admission management systems.
- Ability to work on-site in Himayatnagar, including weekends or extended hours during peak admission seasons.
- Integrity, attention to detail, and a commitment to a student-centric approach.
