Position: Senior SAP FICO Consultant / Lead

Experience: 6–8 years

Education: CA/ICWA preferred; otherwise MBA/M.Com or other relevant Post Graduation

Key Requirements:

- Strong experience in SAP FI and CO with S/4HANA.
- Minimum 4+ end-to-end implementation/support projects.
- At least 2 S/4HANA implementation/support projects.
- Strong hands-on experience in Product Costing and COPA.
- Experience in GL, AP, AR, Assets, month-end closing and reporting.
- Experience in Product Cost Planning, Cost Object Controlling, Actual Costing, Material Ledger and COPA Planning/Settlement.
- Integration knowledge with MM, SD, PP and PS.
- Minimum 3 years of team leadership experience.
- Solid customer handling and top-management interaction skills.
- FSCM and Funds Management experience will be an added advantage.
- SAP Certification preferred.
- Knowledge of BAPI, User Exits, LSMW, BDC and LTMC.
- Experience in functional specifications, ticket monitoring, SLA-based issue resolution and coordination with technical teams.
- Good business process understanding and solution-oriented approach.
- Willingness to travel for project requirements is mandatory.
