Key Responsibilities:
* Install and configure software on employee laptops.
* Remotely connect with employees to configure and troubleshoot laptops.
* Conduct regular IT asset audits and maintain asset records.
* Track laptop and IT equipment allocation, handover, and returns.
* Provide basic remote IT support for hardware/software issues.
* Assist with system updates, security patches, and configurations.
* Maintain IT trackers and documentation.
* Coordinate with employees to resolve day-to-day IT issues.
* Escalate complex technical issues to the IT team.
